Happy Birthday Baby!
Matt's birthday: Friday, 15 September. Since he'd taken full control of planning his own birthday for next year (the big 3-0) I thought I'd take it upon myself to plan a surprise get-together for this one.
There may not have been a lot of people, but those who were there were definitely quality. There was booze, dinner, chocolate cake with candles. We did the crawl, were close to home and no night buses did we need to take. And while the surprise itself fell below my expectations, Matt was still happy ... which was really all that mattered.
Happy birthday, darlin'! Here's to the 29th ... and looking forward to the Amsterdam-Vegas leg in 2007!
